Hey, tell us a bit about yourself.

I’m a 27 year old producer from London. I love to make music with a fun, worldly feel that people can party to! My early influences and eclectic taste in music have enabled me to combine an array of styles and work with a range of artists over the years, from the grime/hip hop scene to the singer-songwriter/pop world. Now I’m putting all of those influences into my own project!

Where did the new single come from?

It came from a song I made last year with a singer-songwriter I always work with. She had just come off the back of a hit in the U.K. and around Europe, which also had a fun/sexy vibe, so we decided to make something equally playful and provocative.

I instantly loved the song after we made it and it got a great response from everyone I played it to, but later down the line I randomly decided to take up the vocals, speed up the track and give it a more tropical bouncy feel. The reactions were even better this time! So I knew this was the song I wanted to release.

Is there more content in the pipeline?

There’s loads in the pipeline! There’s a lyric video for ‘Do It’ coming up, which will add so much life and context to the song, with a bit of a satirical message in the concept. It’s something I’ve wanted to portray in a video for a long while now.

I also have some remixes to follow from a few producers/DJs that I really love. Can’t wait for people to hear those too!

What’s on the horizon for you?

I’ve been working with many talented singers, songwriters and musicians so the songs are flowing in. I’m in a really lively place musically and experimentally, so looking forward to releasing the next ones and also performing them out!
