milk. drop new single ‘I Hate The Way You’re Looking at Me (Lately)’

Dublin based, four piece, alt-pop band and a great accompaniment for tea – milk. have returned with their new single ‘I Hate The Way You’re Looking at Me (Lately)’. A band encompassed in the tech of their time, the group’s specialty is making music that not only compliments but keeps up with our ever evolving world.

Bending and blending the confines of genres, milk.‘s body of work is mean’t for consumption in the same way you devour a playlist, scattered, compulsive, varied and colourful. A pop tune with subdued RnB, all polished off with electronic production. A bright new offering from the band, ‘I Hate The Way You’re Looking At Me (Lately)’ is bursting with synth action, uplifting guitar riffs and dreamy vocals.

“Although Mark had some of the lyrics already written, the song was fleshed out the first time we were all allowed to be in a room together since the start of lockdown. We recorded it with our good friend Adam Redmond in Flaked Studios. The track details the complexity of relationships – the difficult conversations and uncomfortable truths.” – milk.
