Just in time for the weekend, we’re serving up this piping hot single ‘Feed The Feeling’ from London-based German artist Ada Morghe. With a fresh blend of old school soul, funky basslines and subtle disco-house rhythms, this is an innovative reimagining of Perception’s 90s acid jazz classic. Produced by the anonymous London trio The Darkchild Collective, it’s truly a timeless listen designed to lift your spirits and invite you out onto the dancefloor, whether that’s in a club, at a party with friends or even in the privacy of your own home. There’s never a bad time to get up and throw some shapes. You can’t help but be carried away by Ada’s breezy, soulful vocals as she sings the encouraging lyric, “feed the feeling, set me reeling.”

Accompanying the single is a feel-good music video, directed by Pierre Jermaine, which takes the audience into a rouge-toned roller rink where a couple’s lively choreography adds to the inspiration to get up and move. Throughout the video, Ada makes her enigmatic appearance, decked out in gorgeous vintage outfits. Right now, life is challenging and it can be all too easy to be down, which is exactly why songs like ‘Feed The Feeling’ are so important. They remind us to take ahold of those moments of lightness and joy.
