Hey Golden Vessel, thanks for taking the time to talk to us today. Could you tell us something about yourself that nobody knows?

This question is always so hard, but maybe a good one is that when I was a kid I had these very focused phases of interest before I fully went down the music route, two of which were woodworking & the history of the American civil war haha.

What influences would you say have gone into your sound recently?

I listen to a lot of different types of music, but I think as I made eee I was feeling directly inspired by Heather, big thief, Alex g, zack villere & Mk.Gee. And on the visual side of my album, watching Michel Gondry’s science of sleep movie was a big influence.

What are you currently working on?

I’ve been working on a few of my friends projects (doing production work) and making a lot of house music for my side project 1tbsp.

What are your plans for the rest of the year? 

Hoping to get over to the states soon to make some music and hopefully will get some 1tbsp stuff out towards the end of the year.

Any top tips for getting through difficult times as an artist?

Hmm sometimes it can feel really discouraging, especially the promotional aspect of being an artist. I think when I feel that way I just try and find some time and try to make something fun & exciting.
