‘Parachute’ is the latest track from talent siblings The Endorphins, who once again proves that the Swedish music scene is so much more than pop. Certainly, their new song has plentiful mainstream appeal, but it’s those golden layers of soul and R&B that really makes The Endorphins worth paying attention to.
As always, Alva Heldt stuns with her skilled vocal work, which not only hits every note with perfection, but also expresses that mixed-up fear and joy of falling of love. Joining his sister, August provides a shimmering background of syncopated beats and sparkling ’90s melodies.
It’s a really sophisticated track that has us even more excited to hear The Endorphins first full EP later this year.
