Hey, tell us a bit about yourself.
I’m 27 Years old, originally from Egypt, Born and raised in Doha, Qatar. I got introduced to hip hop at a very young age whilst I was living in Tokyo and I’ve just been hooked ever since. I’ve been making music since I was 15 and just never stopped. I’m a big fan of mixing styles and crossing genres over. I grew up on old school hiphop and I’m also a fan of the new age type music today so I tend to incorporate both. At this point of my life I’m just ready to take my sound and music across the borders.
Where did the new single come from?
“Rabbit Hole” just came from looking back really. Seeing how much you can change in a short period of time thanks to life brawling at you, and just acknowledging that change – the good and the bad.
Is there more content in the pipeline?
Yeah, plenty of new music coming up. There will be at least 1 song dropping every month for the next 9-10 months part of a series I call “Golden Cages”. The series explores the thoughts and reflections of an artist dealing with everyday life as it unfolds. Really excited to put that out and see how it does and just how listeners relate and react to it.
What’s on the horizon for you?
For now, its making more content, music and video and just taking things to that next level. Also more shows and collabs in the near future. At the end of the day what I’m trying to achieve is show that it’s possible for somebody from across the planet to make it in the music scene and be consistently successful. That’s the end goal.
