Hey, tell us a bit about yourself
My name is Izzy Flynn. I’ve just released my debut EP, ‘Faith’, and a music video to go with the lead single, which you can check out on YouTube (https://youtu.be/fGVRHA70Ruo)! I warn you, it’s quite scary!
Where did the new single come from?
‘Aree’ the fourth single/final track on the EP, is about caring for a friend and being there for them. It talks about the sort of love you reserve only for a really close friend.
Is there more content in the pipeline?
Oh yes! I’m in the studio this week recording the second EP/songs for an album. They’re going in a slightly more RnB direction – lush chords, memorable melodies and more upbeat.
What’s on the horizon for you?
Lots of gigs and festivals! There’s a show this Wednesday 1st March at the Lock Tavern, Camden, London, supporting ECKOES. Feel free to come down!
