Hey, tell us a bit about yourself.
I am a 21 year old producer/songwriter out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. I’ve made music and toured with artists including Blackbear, gnash, Mod Sun, and MAX. Some of your readers might have heard my song “f u till i f u” which has recently gained attention on Spotify.
Where did the new single come from?
“i still love you” came about when I heard Jessie Reyez’s single “Figures.”
The record really struck a chord with me and I wanted to continue the story in her lyrics. I sampled the main guitar in her song and produced “i still love you.” I put out a short video on twitter of me singing the first verse and it racked up 25,000 views in 2 days, so I finished writing it and decided to put it on my upcoming project.
What’s coming up for you, what’s on the horizon?
Upcoming I am heading on my first headline tour (The Emo Espresso Tour) on the back of my Emo EP dropping February 24th. The tour hits 17 cities across the US with Cosmos & Creature.
Other than that I’m just writing and producing music for myself and other musicians. Music is my life so I consign myself with it.
