Drex Carter releases the uber cool, abstract new video for his latest single, ‘Wavs’. The track is the second offering in a series of releases from Carter which will all come together to form his 5-track EP, Sorry, I Can’t Talk Right Now set to be released on CD.

‘Wavs’ is a lof-fi lover’s dream, a laid-back track about going through the motions of life, getting faded and trying your best to keep your head above water. Carter’s verses ride the down-tempo, hip-hop beat perfectly, leading into the catchy chorus guided by the melody of a distant piano. The blend of electronic beats, acoustic instrumentation and distorted vocals make for a for a really unique sound that’s a treat for the ears. Drex Carter will be releasing singles weekly in the lead up to his forthcoming EP, Sorry, I Can’t Talk Right Now.
