Safia Mafia drops 13 track EP ‘Love Kills’, an impressive collection of eclectic alt-R&B

Sparking a buzz with her infectious love song, “Weed & Wine”. Critics have properly labeled Oakland singer/songwriter Safia Mafia “the next Sia meets FKA Twigs-level star with major potential in the pop world.” Heaven sent vocals, creative concepts, capitalizing on growing popularity, the rising star unveils her first full-length project in new EP, Love Kills.

A 13-track collection featuring guest appearances from Guapdad 4000. Love Kills is a love story that follows a naive, love-obsessed girl through a rocky relationship, narrated by Safia Mafia-herself. Seductive, sensual, and eclectic; by album-end listeners learn that Safia must unapologetically love herself first.

Along with the project’s title track, the album also features breakout songs, “Weed and Wine”, “Sorry Not Sorry”, and “20/20”. Safia Mafia follows in the same footsteps as many previous Bay Area sensations (Kehlani, G-Eazy) becoming a bonafide star.
