Melbourne indie-poppers Approachable Members of Your Local Community drop ‘Semiotic Vision’

Melbourne indie-poppers Approachable Members of Your Local Community have dropped their effervescent new single ‘Semiotic Vision’, it is the opening single from their upcoming EP. The track has a lo-fi charm with a driving bass, dynamic synth-work and perfectly crafted hooks. It’s indie-pop in its most effective form, fun, energetic and infectiously anthemic.

“The song touches on how some aspects of our society have been trivialised by the Instagram & tinder era. The chorus line is “so click to say a prayer, or swipe to make love”. Of course this is a just one perspective of mine and doesn’t encompass my whole view of society which is actually much more optimistic.”
