Introducing: Enigmatic upstart otta releases inspired debut ‘near enough a woman’

Something super fresh for you guys today. There isn’t a whole bunch of info on otta online but I noticed that blog-friends Going Solo picked it up a few weeks ago. Jazz flecked production and instrumentation are complemented by otta’s silky vocal. It opens with some beautifully laid-back piano, a smooth bass line and an effortlessly swung lead melody. It’s a coming-of-age record which eventually opens up into a haze of saxophone, relaxed percussion and well chosen synth lines. otta is definitely one to watch.
