Lily speaks of struggles on ‘Sorry’, her catchy new single.

You’ll find it hard to get this hook out of your head, the pitched-shifted vocal sampling is a true ear-worm. Restrained production allows each melody to ring out, giving Lily the opportunity to flex her vocals and showcase the strength of her songwriting. It’s a personal take on the struggles that can come with opening up to someone you love.

“The concept for this song really came from a place of wanting to be in touch with someone I knew I didn’t need to be in touch with. And it kind of relates to everything in life. There are things that we struggle with, but still go back to all the time. The empty chair in the single art cover come from the idea that what used to sit on your heart is now no longer there and it’s an emptiness sitting on your heart.” – Lily
