Hey, tell us a bit about yourself.
My name is Jessica. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee but I’m living in Utah right now. I’m a singer-songwriter by nature but have recently ventured out into the pop world. Outside of music, I make a hobby out of eating pizza and making vlogs on my youtube channel.
Where did the new single come from?
I was visiting home (Nashville) to clear my head for a bit and took on as many co-writes as I could during my trip. Cobalt came from a creative studio sesh with my friend Sarin. After our sesh, we knew that we had to release “whatever” we had just come up with. It was too good in our humble opinion.
Is there more content in the pipeline?
Yep! I’ve always wanted to write and record pop music, but I was afraid of what the genre switch might do to my listener base. But, after writing Cobalt, there’s no doubt that making more pop records is the best decision for me.
What’s on the horizon for you?
More pop singles. And hopefully pizza in the near future.
