“It feels so good to have Underwater out in the world as an introduction to my project and first little taste of what I’m about. It was so fun to create Underwater in the studio with my amazing producers Joel and Dave across Melb & Syd. I had a big creative vision for the song and knew where I wanted to take it sonically, so it was fun to experiment with different dynamics to really unlock the core of the song and how I felt when I wrote it during a pretty tough time last year.”
