Loud Forest always have hooks, their self-titled debut album came out in 2016 and since then the Los Angeles based duo have gone from strength to strength. The stand out single from the LP ‘If Words Had Power’ is now approaching 250,000 streams on Spotify whilst the new track ‘Wake Up’ is making its way towards half a million. It’s a frenetic power-pop piece with arpeggiated synths, bombastic percussion and soaring melodies.
