To celebrate 7 years since their very first release, Shy Bairn Records has dropped two fresh remixes from their in-house producer Mark Folland, aka Foll. We’re honing in on the special reimagining of Charlotte Grayson’s bold single ‘Get Outta My Yard’. Under Foll’s expert hand, the spiky, attitude-filled original is transformed into a realm of glitchy textures, thumping bass and strutting psychedelic percussion. Through this swaggering soundscape, Charlotte’s vocal retains that biting edge, even amongst the slinking, hazy beats.

It’s clear that Foll’s signature blend of live instrumentation and fragmented samples has been put to full use here. This bold remake is a vibrant, boundary-pushing tribute to the record label’s evolution over the years.
