Will Knox’s album single ‘Body Talk’ is a tender exploration of unspoken emotions

Co-written with Belgian artist Emma Bale, Will Knox’s single ‘Body Talk’ navigates the tension between wanting to express feelings and the fear of doing so. This tender, acoustic-driven ballad that envelops listeners in its soft harmonies and understated arrangement of delicate guitars and gentle percussion. It mirrors the emotional fragility of the song, drawing attention to the subtle ways we can convey our feelings, hoping for understanding through body language alone.

Throughout the track, Will reflects on moments of uncertainty, when the weight of nervousness, excitement, or fear makes verbal expression feel impossible. ‘Body Talk’ captures the complexity of human connection, where silence can often communicate more than words ever could. With an acoustic version featuring néomí set for release, ‘Body Talk’ stands out as one of Will Knox’s most heartfelt and relatable tracks, encapsulating the delicate dance of understanding and being understood in the most intimate of ways.

Body Talk” is about communicating without words, being sensitive to what someone is thinking by reading their body language, and hoping they understand you in the same way. In the past I’ve often been too nervous, scared or excited to tell someone how I felt, instead relying on physical hints & interactions to communicate.”
