Hey, could you tell us a bit about yourself?
I’m Niko Blue, an artist/producer out of Marietta, Ga (no, I’m not from Atlanta). I started releasing music independently via Soundcloud around a year ago.
Where did the new single come from?
I made the beat for this in my living room one day and immediately started to voice memo melodies for it on my phone. Explored a few until I came across one that was fitting, and then adding the lyrics was next. I just wanted to create a calm but consistent vibe on this and I love how it came out.
Is there more content in the pipeline?
Definitely, I’m always working. I’ll be releasing a video for one of my earlier singles “Over You” in the next few weeks. Which will be followed by another single and hopefully a project around late April, early May.
What’s on the horizon for you?
Only time will tell, I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon though. Work ethic is important, so I try to stay inspired and in tune with what’s going on around me. More music is on the way!
